Wendy specialises in helping women and men all around Australia and New Zealand to feel fantastic at fifty and beyond.  Wendy provides personalised one to one support and coaching every step of the way.

She lives with her family in the coastal suburb of Sorrento, where she has her Telehealth Practice.  Wendy takes a holistic approach and believes in the medicinal power of food and says “I loved the fact Metabolic Balance is a science-based weight loss and wellness program with a focus on whole, real foods.  It totally matches my ethos.  I believe there is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition and lifestyle as we’re all unique.”
