I'm a Naturopath and Nutritionist based in Narrabri NSW, dedicated to helping rural women and their families improve their health and wellness. 

My focus is on supporting clients through some of the most impactful areas of women’s health, including managing hormone imbalances, thyroid conditions, fatigue and low energy, fertility and preconception care, upset digestion, and everything in between. 

I offer compassionate, expert guidance, with a mix of in-person and online 1-on-1 consultations. 

As part of my practice, I also facilitate the Metabolic Balance program, which provides a tailored nutrition plan based on each client’s unique health status and pathology results, helping them balance their metabolism, manage their weight, and feel their best.
