As a practitioner she has a special interest in hormone balance, perimenopause, menopause and the post menopause years. Since graduating university 20 years ago she has undertaken specialised training in stress management as well as the Metabolic Balance program.
Metabolic Balance is the nutritional program that Janet uses to unlock your full health potential. Janet utilises functional medicine testing alongside personalised herbal and lifestyle medicine to formulate wholistic wellness plans for her clients.
